What We Don't Offer
Bayville Wines and Liquors is NOT a huge factory-like warehouse discount liquor store with metal
shelves and shopping carts. We offer prices that are competitive and fair in relationship to the amount
of inventory we can carry. Many national brands are geared towards the larger discount stores that
can take advantage of quantity discounts upon purchasing vast amounts of product. Those stores in
turn pass the savings along to their customers choosing volume selling over having a diverse selection
and customer service as their standard business practice. This is the plain and simple explanation as
to why a certain item may be priced less, sometimes significantly less, at a larger discount store. What
we cannot offer in pricing we believe we more than make up for in service and commitment to serving
our community. As sponsors of both the Bayville Community Little League and the Locust Valley-
Bayville Soccer Club, Bayville Wines has made community involvement a priority. Also too numerous
to list are the donations in the form of gift baskets, gift certificates or monetary gifts to all the various
fund raising activities in our area. Our goal is to be a successful business by catering to the needs of
our community. So if you had a great bottle of wine the other night at a restaurant, tell us about it.
Many of our current selections are based upon customer recommendations. And if you don't see the
brand you're looking for, we can order it for you or recommend something comparable. Give us the
opportunity to be your neighborhood wine shop and be pleasantly surprised.
